5. Products and Product Information
All products sold on this website are brand new, original, and supplied through official channels. We do not sell used, refurbished, or replica products.
We make every effort to present product descriptions, specifications, and images accurately. However, product images are for illustration only, and actual colours, packaging, and included accessories may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer's production batch. Specifications published by manufacturers may also change without notice.
All products are offered subject to availability. Where an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or to cancel and refund that item.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your payment.
We apply a unified price across our sales channels: the price shown on kayankw.com is the same price applied in our Farwaniya, Jahra, and Mangaf branches.
While we take care to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full. We will contact you before taking any such action, and you will be under no obligation to complete the purchase at the corrected price.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase. The confirmation message you receive acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not in itself constitute acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including where:
- The product is unavailable or has been mispriced
- We are unable to verify your identity, address, or payment details
- The delivery address falls outside our service coverage
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or resale-motivated activity
- Quantity limits set on a promotional item have been exceeded
Where an order is cancelled by us, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
8. Payment
We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery, and payment by KNET card to our delivery representative. Instalment options are available through Taly at checkout, and through Easy Buy by arrangement with our customer service team.
Online payments are processed through a licensed and encrypted payment gateway operating in Kuwait. We do not store your card details on our systems.
Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to 150 KD, with no additional service fee. Orders above this amount must be paid online.
Instalment purchases through Taly or Easy Buy are subject to the terms, eligibility criteria, approval decisions, and any fees or charges of the relevant provider. These are separate agreements between you and that provider, and we are not a party to them.
Ownership of the products passes to you once payment has been received in full.
9. Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes, coverage areas, and charges are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a contactable phone number. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered and accepted.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
Your rights to return or exchange a product are set out in our Return & Exchange Policy. Warranty coverage is set out in our Warranty Policy. Both form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.
11. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Offers
Promotional offers, discount codes, and campaigns are valid only for the period and on the products stated, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers
- Codes are for personal use, are non-transferable, and hold no cash value
- One code may be applied per order
- We may set quantity limits on promotional items
We reserve the right to cancel any order where a discount code has been obtained, shared, or used in a manner that was not intended.
